Wanderout is available exclusively through our online store.
Wanderout occasionally hosts pop-up stores.
When scheduled, details will be announced via Journal or Instagram.
Payment Methods
Payment methods: Credit card (VISA/MASTER/AMEX/JCB), PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and ShopPay are available.
Payment is confirmed at the time the order is confirmed. However, this may not be the case depending on the contents of your contract. For details, please contact the payment company you will be using.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
For Domestic customers:
1. We accept returns only if the item you received is incorrect or defective.
Please contact us via CONTACT within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not provide support by phone.
Note)
Cases in which we are unable to accept returns:
• Items for which more than 8 days have passed since delivery
• Items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer’s possession
• Items with missing packaging, tags, manuals, or other accessories
• Items shipped overseas using a forwarding service, or items taken outside Japan after purchase
2. Requests to cancel an order due to an error in the order details can be accommodated only if submitted on the same day, and only to the extent possible. Please note that requests made the following day or depending on the time of day may not be accepted.
3. For pre-order and lottery-based items, we are unable to accept cancellations for any reason.Thank you for your understanding.
4. As our products are sold through online transactions initiated by the customer, the cooling-off system does not apply. Thank you for your understanding.
For International customers:
1. As purchases made through the “WorldShopping BIZ” proxy buying service are completed on your behalf, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. For more details, please see here.
2. If you notice any issues with the product, please contact us here.
Domestic Orders
Tax: All prices are listed inclusive of tax.
Delivery charge:
1. A separate shipping fee applies to each order.
2. If your order includes items with different shipping categories, the fees for each category will be added.
3. Shipping is free for orders totaling ¥55,000 or more (tax included).
4. For details on shipping fees, please refer to the information provided on each product page.
Delivery days:
1. We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times. After your order has shipped, please contact the delivery company directly using the tracking information sent to you by email.
2. Orders are generally shipped within 1–5 business days after we receive your request. For tents and related items, please allow an additional 3 business days.
3. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Receipt:
1. If you require a receipt with our business registration number, you can download it from the order confirmation page or from your purchase history in My Page.
2. Please print or download the receipt yourself as needed.
3. Receipts are not included with the shipment of the product.
Note)
1. We are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment after they have been placed.
2. Deliveries may be delayed due to natural disasters, inclement weather, or extended holiday periods.
3. Please understand that minor dents or scratches on the outer packaging that do not affect product use are considered acceptable.
International Orders
We currently do not offer direct international shipping. However, by using the WorldShopping BIZ proxy purchasing service provided by Zigzag Inc., you can purchase and ship our products from anywhere in the world.
※This service is available only when accessing our online store from outside Japan. It will not be displayed when accessed from within Japan.
