Payment Methods

Payment method: Credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX), AmazonPay, and PayPal are available.

Payment is confirmed at the time the order is confirmed. However, this may not be the case depending on the contents of your contract. For details, please contact the payment company you will be using.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

For Domestic customers:
1.Returns will be accepted only if the delivered product is different from the ordered product or is defective.
Please contact us at info@wanderout.jp within 7 days from the arrival date of the product. We do not accept phone calls.

Note) Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following types of products as well.

・Items that have been in our warehouse for more than 8 days after arrival.

・Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
・
Items that have lost accessories such as boxes, tags, and instruction manuals


2. Cancellation requests due to order errors, etc., will be handled to the best of our ability if received on the same day. Please note that we may not be able to accept requests for orders received the following day or at certain times of the day.

3. We do not accept any cancellations for items sold by lottery. Please understand in advance so that everyone can enjoy it.
4. As we are a mail order company that is accessed by our customers, the cooling-off system does not apply. Please understand this in advance.

For International customers:
1. As WorldShopping buys a product on behalf of the customer, we can not accept any changes in the order such as (order cancellation, returns) once an order has been placed with WorldShopping. We request your understanding of the issue and please confirm all the product details before placing the order. For more details, see here .

Domestic Orders

Tax: The displayed price is the sales price including consumption tax.

Delivery charge:
Shipping costs will be charged separately for each order. When ordering products with two different shipping charges, two shipping charges will apply. Free of charge for items totaling ¥52,800 or more including tax. Please refer to the shipping charges listed on each product page.

Delivery days:
1. We do not accept any specific date and time, please request directly to the delivery company based on the delivery information that will be sent to you by email.
2. Basically, we will ship within 1-5 business days after receiving your shipping request. Tents will be shipped in +3 days.

Note)
1.We do not combine shipping for multiple orders.
2. Please understand in advance that transportation may be delayed due to disasters, weather, etc.
3. Please allow any dents or scratches on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.

International Orders

Our online store does not ship internationally.
However, by using a proxy purchase service (ZigZag Co., Ltd. / WorldShopping BIZ), it is possible to ship products ordered from the online store anywhere in the world.

*Only for access from overseas, the service explanation screen will be displayed on the online store. Access from within Japan is not supported.
