The Perfect Tent for Stargazing



This new model from Sweden’s Fjallraven is designed for warm seasons and offers outstanding breathability.

Featuring a removable flysheet with a throw-over design, the tent uses a freestanding crossover pole structure for the inner tent. Weighing just 1.9 kg for a two-person tent, it can be set up quickly in any environment. When secured with guy lines, it remains exceptionally stable even in harsh conditions. The tent’s standout feature is its mesh-rich inner tent, allowing you to fully enjoy beautiful views through the upper mesh—perfect for lying back and watching the stars. The lower portion prevents rain or cold air from entering directly. The flysheet is elevated from the ground and, combined with two large ventilation openings, provides excellent airflow, ensuring comfort even in Japan’s hot and humid summers. In spring and autumn, the tent can also be set up inside a large shelter and used kangaroo-style. The interior offers ample height and four mesh pockets for added comfort.

The materials are also environmentally conscious, with a fluorocarbon-free water-repellent finish and aluminum poles produced with maximum consideration for environmental impact. The beautiful framework of the crossover poles, translucent silnylon fabric, comfortable new mesh inner, and delicate Nordic-inspired color palette set this tent apart from others. Among Fjallraven’s lineup, this is the only model with a removable flysheet and a freestanding inner tent, making it exceptionally versatile and user-friendly.
