Since its founding in 2015, Glitch Coffee & Roasters has been pursuing the potential of single-origin coffee from its home in Jimbocho, Tokyo. To faithfully convey the character of each region and the passion of its producers, they focus on light roasting—allowing the air, climate, and spirit of the land to be captured in every cup. Their quiet dedication and precision have earned recognition both in Japan and abroad, drawing attention from the global specialty coffee scene.

Coffee enjoyed in nature carries a depth that cannot be experienced in the city. A cup savored in beautiful surroundings awakens the senses and gently brings the mind to stillness. The light roasts selected by Glitch Coffee & Roasters are distinct from mass production—rooted instead in respect for nature as it is. Much like natural wine, this approach reflects a desire to return to something pure and essential. From a single cup, a small but meaningful shift begins—guiding us back to our original rhythm.

For this collaboration, Wanderout has selected a single-origin coffee from Oporapa in the Huila region of Colombia. Grown at an altitude of around 1,700m, where cool mountain air and fertile volcanic soil shape the landscape, the Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties are brought to life through yeast fermentation. The result is a clean and transparent flavor, with refreshing notes of green tea and muscat grapes, followed by a buttery smoothness. Gentle rather than bold, it leaves a quiet, lingering finish that pairs beautifully with moments by the fire or the stillness of the morning mist.
