Since its founding in 2015, Glitch Coffee & Roasters has been pursuing the potential of single-origin coffee from its home in Jimbocho, Tokyo. Their focus on light roast is a way to honor the character of each origin and the dedication of its producers—capturing the air, climate, and spirit of the land in every cup. This quiet passion and precision have earned recognition both in Japan and internationally, drawing attention from the global specialty coffee scene.

The beans selected by Glitch Coffee & Roasters stand apart from mass production, rooted instead in a respect for nature as it is. For this collaboration, Wanderout has selected a single-origin coffee from Banko Chelchele in the Gedeo region of Ethiopia. Grown at elevations of 1,800–2,200m in cool mountain air and nutrient-rich volcanic soil, the 74112 and 74110 varieties are slowly dried using the natural process, allowing their sweetness and aroma to fully develop. Notes of blueberry and blackberry, fig-like depth, and cacao richness unfold in the cup. Light and elegant, yet with subtle fermentation and a gentle wine-like finish, it pairs beautifully with moments by the fire or within morning mist.
