Kawashimaya / Organic Koso Genmai,Fermented Brown Rice Set of 6
Arrived at organic enzyme brown rice.
Since its founding in 2011, Kawashimaya has been providing carefully selected foods using ingredients and preparation methods that prioritize the health of the eater. We purchase all of our products directly from reliable producers and craftsmen in Japan and overseas, and we place great importance on continuing to carefully make products using traditional methods. I found Kawashimaya after searching for enzymatic brown rice made with organic ingredients. The special two-stage aging and stand pouch manufacturing method gives it an unparalleled chewy texture, and the special taste of the product that has been left to rest with salt koji enzymes is exceptional.
As many people begin to understand nature more deeply, they become more conscious of health and food safety. Since ancient times, Japanese people have valued rice as their staple food. Among these, brown rice is an ingredient that is once again attracting attention as it is extremely nutritious. Enzyme brown rice is made by cooking brown rice with red beans and salt and keeping it warm for about 3 days to age. By letting the cooked brown rice sit for a while, the enzyme activity is activated and the nutrients are higher than regular brown rice. It contains many high-quality ingredients and is rich in important nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber that are often lacking. When compared to white rice, although the calories are almost the same, there is a big difference in nutritional value.
However, it is difficult to make enzyme brown rice by yourself if you want to eat it every day. Due to the stand pouch manufacturing method, the shelf life is over 30 months at room temperature. The pouch stands on its own, so it can be eaten as is. It can be used in a variety of situations, such as camping, mountain climbing, trekking, and stocking up for emergencies, as a nutritious staple food. You can warm it up in the microwave or in a hot water bath, but we enjoy using a steamer. It can also be eaten at room temperature, making it easy to incorporate into your daily life. Wanderout has selected a basic 6-pack set. When camping, we recommend grilling rice balls on a wire-wire grill or making rice porridge in a pot, but please enjoy a variety of recipes.
