Knindustrie is a kitchenware and tableware manufacturer based in Milan, Italy. Established in 2011 as a brand specializing in design and quality. It is carried at many high-sensitivity shops around the world, including MOMA STORE in New York.

The ABCT series of casseroles are versatile for cooking, serving as a plate, and as a storage container, while also having a beautiful appearance. Pot sets from outdoor brands are convenient items, but I was looking for a casserole that could be used comfortably at home, and I found this gem.

By using the optional ABCT Universal Handle (handle) and Mahogany Lid 24cm (wooden lid), which are sold separately, it can be used anywhere, from the kitchen to the dining room, from inside to outside the home. Made of lightweight aluminum, it has a thin finish that is easy to handle as a serving plate, and the white color goes well with a variety of occasions and dishes. Because it has a nano-ceramic coating, it is ideal for healthy cooking with less oil, and can even be used in the oven. This is the latest model that is compatible with IH. The size of Φ240 x H66 mm is perfect for camping with a large group of 2 or more people. It is the perfect size to fit in the Universal Box when stored vertically.

How to handle:
- Burning or discoloration may occur on the bottom etc. due to heating during cooking.
- Please be sure to use oil.
- Avoid burning oily foods
- Please wash the pot after it has cooled down.
- Do not store highly acidic foods for long periods of time
- The ceramic coating on the main body may become scratched or peel off due to strong impact or long-term use. To prevent scratches, do not use metal spatulas, instead use wooden spatulas or other soft materials.
- Clean with mild detergent, soft sponge and warm water
- Do not use abrasive materials
- Not microwave safe
- Can be used with open flame or IH
- Do not use bonfire cooking as soot will stick to it.
- If the attachment points of the handle are concentrated in one place on the main body, the coating will likely peel off at that point due to the structure.
