Perceval is a renowned knife workshop based in Thiers, Auvergne, France—a city celebrated for over six centuries as a hub of masterful bladesmithing. Their table knives are beloved by accomplished chefs around the world.

Now, Perceval introduces an all-stainless-steel folding knife, perfect for outdoor use and featuring the brand’s signature sharpness that makes it irresistible once held. Exceptionally thin and elegantly refined in appearance, this knife harmonizes beautifully with wanderout gear. It employs a frame lock mechanism for safety, and the clip—attached with Torx screws—can be easily removed. Removing the clip gives the knife an even more minimalistic look. This special model is the only one in Perceval’s lineup manufactured in Italy, produced in collaboration with the prestigious Italian company Maserin.
