Nature as Art


In 2024, Wanderout held its very first pop-up store at SORT, a design specialty shop located in Vancouver, Canada—a beautiful city where people and nature coexist in harmony. In 2025, the two brands will present a collaborative ZINE project. Through photographs taken over five years since the brand’s inception, this work allows you to experience Wanderout’s vision of a world in harmony with nature.

Rhythm of Nature is a photo zine that explores the intersection of design, humanity, and nature. Set against the diverse landscapes of Japan and Canada, the zine weaves together the breath of nature captured by Wanderout and the everyday moments documented by SORT, creating a tranquil and profound visual story guided by the rhythm of nature. Beautiful products that move seamlessly between the indoors and outdoors, resonating with the visions of both brands.

This work is the first self-published, limited-edition collaboration between Wanderout and SORT, with only 250 copies available.


SORT is a design goods specialty store that carries books, magazines, stationery, and other lifestyle goods. Each item is carefully selected with the aim of enriching your daily life. It is also popular as a gallery space where local creators gather to hold workshops, design and art events, and exhibitions.
