Designed by hand, with a deep respect for timeless form beyond fleeting trends, Yoshita Handi-Design Studio carries forward the universal values learned under Sori Yanagi. The racco series of cutlery embodies a universal design that makes effective use of limited space, seamlessly connecting the acts of cooking and eating. Awarded the 2022 GOOD DESIGN AWARD, their work continues to influence audiences around the world.

In auto camping, cooking and dining often take place simultaneously on a small table, making efficient use of limited space essential. While outdoor cutlery offers one solution, choosing the right tools can elevate the experience—enhancing flavor, organizing the tabletop, and bringing a greater sense of comfort.

The Renge Fork, newly added to the racco series, is designed to naturally bridge preparation and dining. It refines the space between a traditional renge spoon and a table spoon, adding fork functionality to create a highly versatile utensil. Noodles such as glass noodles, which are often difficult to handle, can be easily scooped, while the fork edge functions reliably when needed.

Scooping, sautéing, serving, and cutting—multiple actions can be handled with a single tool, making it useful from the cooking stage through to the table. Its comfortable mouthfeel enhances the enjoyment of food itself. When paired with the Renge Spoon, it becomes even more effective for serving shared dishes.

Equally at home outdoors and indoors, its versatility invites everyday use. Stored vertically in a Dry Mesh Bag, it is easy to carry. Before long, it will move effortlessly between inside and out—becoming an indispensable part of daily life.
